Getting clients to send it is only half the problem
You finally get a client to email their receipts, invoices, or bank statements — and now they're sitting in a shared inbox, waiting to be sorted into the right client folder by hand. Fall behind for a day and it's a backlog; miss one, and it's a document that's simply gone. Portals don't really fix this either — clients forget the password and just email you anyway.
One address, every client sorted automatically
- Give each client (or their vendor) a default folder — any email from them lands there automatically, no subject line needed.
- Shared sending addresses like QuickBooks and Intuit? TurtleSave also checks the Reply-To address, so one shared "from" address still sorts correctly by actual vendor.
- No per-client pricing and no minimum client count — you pay for document volume, not how many clients you serve.
- Works with any email provider — Gmail, Outlook, anything — not locked to one inbox or one accounting platform.
- Need something filed somewhere specific just this once? Add TURTLESAVE <folder path> to the subject and it overrides the default.
- Nothing ever silently disappears — anything that can't be matched lands safely in a Fall Back folder instead of being lost.
In practice
A client's QuickBooks invoice reminder lands in your inbox. TurtleSave recognizes the vendor from the Reply-To address and files it straight into Clients/Acme Corp/Invoices — one less thing to hunt for later.
